No sensitive data is collected or processed.

Purpose of processing

The data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Manage enquiries sent through the contact forms.
  • Facilitate commercial communication with potential customers.
  • Analyse website traffic and performance using Google Analytics.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing is the user consent, granted by filling in forms or interacting with the site.

Data retention

The data will be kept for the time necessary to answer the queries or for the legally required time.

Data recipients

The data will not be passed on to third parties, unless required by law or when necessary for the provision of services (e.g. hosting provider or analysis tools such as Google Analytics).

Use of Google Ads data (API)

As part of our advertising campaign management service, Maní Studio uses the Google Ads API to access performance data from the advertising accounts we manage on behalf of our clients (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), for the sole purpose of generating monthly performance reports.

  • Data we access: Google Ads campaign performance data (aggregated metrics, excluding any personal data relating to end users of the adverts).
  • Use of data: solely for the purpose of producing internal reports and sharing them with the client who holds the relevant account.
  • Data sharing: We do not sell, share or pass on this data to third parties. The data is only shared with the customer to whom the account belongs.
  • Data protection: Access credentials are stored in encrypted form on our private automation infrastructure, with access restricted to the Maní Studio team.
  • Storage and disposal: Data is retained only for as long as is necessary to produce reports and for the duration of the customer relationship. You may request its deletion by writing to hola@manistudio.es.

Maní Studio does not use the data obtained via the Google API for targeted advertising, sale to third parties, credit profiling, or for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
